Short answer: Because you touched them.

Pampas don't shed because they're bad - quite the opposite! They're a natural product and just like other dried plants, they want to be left alone. As soon as you nudge them, move the vase or shake them a little too hard, the fluff flies!

But! Once they stand still in their vase, they are completely fall-proof.
And the longer they stand, the better they hold up.

Tips from the pampas professional:

– Shake them out and shape them ONCE – then leave them be

– Place them in the sun – this will make them extra fluffy.

– Hairspray is not a must, but can be used if you want extra hold.
