Frequently Asked Questions
Are they real plants?
Yes, we only sell dried and preserved plants, meaning no plastic plants!
Our plants don't need water and last significantly longer than regular bouquets/cut flowers – in some cases, up to several years.
Some of the flowers are dyed afterwards with different pigments to give your bouquet life.
We also attach some of the everlasting flowers to stems or sticks/wire to give them the right height in the bouquet, but we never sell flowers that are not genuine.
Why is my Pampas shedding?
It is completely normal for pampas to shed, especially at the beginning. Small seeds and loose fibers come off after shipping and handling. This does not mean there is anything wrong with the pampas.
Once the pampas are still in the vase, they shed almost nothing!
If you want pampas grass with less shedding, we recommend our unique variant Pampas grass 'VILDA' 110cm.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is 89 SEK, sent to a postal agent as our products are generally a bit larger.

What is the return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days, according to applicable terms and conditions.
Please fill out our return form and we will provide instructions. Don't forget to check your spam folder!
When will I receive my order?
We strive for short processing times, but we always prioritize product quality before packaging. Therefore, our processing time is normally 1-2 business days.
After that, we ship to your postal agent with Postnord, which usually takes around 1 business day.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and affordable.
However, all our products are stored in our local warehouse in Sweden, where they are packed with care and love.
